For the past two weeks, Ryker has been taking swim lessons at the high school. I had heard wonderful things about their program. I must say that I was very impressed and will do them again next year.
The first day was rough for this guy. He saw the water, watched Ryker take off his shirt to get and started to follow suit. He was NOT happy when he realized he didn't get to go swimming. I had to bring him back out in the hallway. He finally calmed down enough to get dressed again but was very whiny the majority of the time. Needless to say, I only took him a few more times. Thankfully, he was much better those times.
He was excited to go every day and was asking as soon as he got up if it was time. They didn't start until 1:15!
Carson signed up with us and these two had a great time being in class together. They carpooled together most days and thought it was so much fun.
On the last day of lessons, they all got to jump off the big diving board. Here he is swimming back to the side.
He really didn't like the wobbliness of the board, but liked the jumping part just fine.
