Outdoor Fun

We started off the day at Aunt Robin's pool with Aunt Chelle, Little Robert, Nathan, Nonno, and Nonna.  I packed a lunch and we ate outside and enjoyed some great time swimming before heading home.

Ryker always has a great time playing with Robert.

Cam was busy jumping in to Nonno over and over again per usual.  It's his favorite thing to do!

While Cam napped, Ryker climbed trees, and made up inventions for climbing trees.  He was drawing diagrams and constructing a prototype out of a jump and baseball bats.  He is full of ideas!

After Daddy got home, we set up the tent and got a fire going.  Camping out was on our Summer Fun List and tonight was the perfect night for it.  No rain and really mild temperatures.  My dad stopped by to enjoy some s'mores with us.  We enjoyed sitting around the fire telling stories and watching bats fly overhead.  The kids caught several fireflies.  It was such a fun night as a family.  Cam and I finally came in just before 11:00 and left Robert, Ryker, and Tucker to sleep in the tent for the night.

My flash was very bright and they were not interested in being blinded by it!  That blur in the middle is Cam's legs.  He was climbing all over them....big surprise!  Robert texted me shortly after I got Cam in bed and said that Ryker was already asleep.  They all slept great and even stayed in the tent in the morning for a bit to play before coming in.
