3 Months

Riella you are now 3 months old and it is getting more difficult to remember what it was like before you were a part of our family.  You fit in so well and we all love you so much.  You are such a sweet baby and your brothers couldn't love you more.  You definitely like all the attention and don't like to be left alone unless you are asleep.  You love music.  Ryker has found several songs on his LeapPad that you love and he plays them for you if you are fussy and Mommy is busy making dinner.

You are in 6 month clothes now.  You can still wear size 1 diapers but are ready to move up to 2s.  Mommy is just trying to finish off the last of the size 1 box first.  You don't have a doctor's appointment this month, so I don't have official stats for you.  From my attempt to weigh you, I would say you are still under the 14 lb. mark but not by much.  I measured you at 25.25".  

You are sleeping through the night consistently.  You've started going down earlier lately.  Usually you are asleep by 9:30 or 10:30 at the latest and sleep until 8:30.  Woohoo! You still nap off and on throughout the day.  Typically you have one longer nap in the morning and again in the afternoon with some catnaps thrown in there too.

You are still nursing 5-7 times a day.  The feedings are usually 3-4 hours apart but sometimes closer (especially in the afternoons and evenings).  

You have started to play with toys this month. You will bat at things hung above you and will gnaw on others you can get a grip on.  You love this super soft bunny up next to your face when you are sleepy.  You still aren't a huge fan of a paci but will take one better now than before.  You also rolled over from your belly to your back this month.  You did twice in one night, but only one other time since then.
